Privacy

This policy took effect on November 7, 2026, and it is written in plain language.

What we collect

Forms: when you request a 6 Ways Plan, request a call or send a referral, we receive what you type: name, email, company, the role, and anything optional you add, such as a job post link or a cell number. We use it to make your plan, reply to you and schedule the call. We don't sell it or add you to a newsletter.

Booking: if you book through the calendar, Cal.com processes your name, email, the time you pick and your answer about the role, under its own privacy policy. We use it to run the call and send reminders.

Your plan: if we made a 6 Ways Plan for your company, it lives at a private link that search engines are told not to index. When it's opened, or when you click Book, Text or Save as PDF, Josh gets a notification with the company name and the time. We don't record anything else about your visit.

Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

What goes into a 6 Ways Plan

Only public information from your job post, plus anything you told us on a call. We never ask for, or put on the page, private financials, employee names other than the contact we're writing to, or customer data.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and lead pages are kept while we're talking and for up to two years after, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask, and we'll delete yours sooner.

Who else handles it

Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers form emails. Cal.com runs booking. Each one processes only what it needs to do that job.

Questions or deletion

Reply to any email from Josh and ask what we hold or to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
